The Just Because Diet

Just because it's there, doesn't mean I need to eat it.

Just because the boys couldn't finish it, doesn't mean I have to.

Just because it's in a story we're reading, doesn't mean I have to bake it.

Just because it tastes really good, doesn't mean I should have three helpings.

Just because it's the season of dieting, doesn't mean I'm going to stop eating. ;)

Here's another for you.. and I used this one to help me lose a lot of weight after my youngest son (like 50 lbs worth of weight.. hehe)

Just because you bake stuff doesn't mean you have to eat it.

I love to cook and especially bake super fattening, sweet yummy things. On my diet, I still made those things.. I just gave them away to my husband to take to work and share instead of keeping them at home in the danger zone. hehe

Oh, but I don't think I could stand to bake it and NOT eat it! Then again, I made so many Christmas cookies for friends last month that I did sort of get sick of them... briefly.
