This week's plan within my Menu Plan

We said goodbye to my MIL yesterday, after a lovely afternoon with Scott's family. His brother and sister-in-law and their two teenage boys live in town, but we don't see them very often, so it's nice to catch up.

The boys played kiddie golf and rocked out with Wii Guitar Hero (okay, so I did a little rockin' of my own -- LOL). And then we gorged on brownies, which I rarely make, but were SOO good.

We've got another busy week planned, before Scott's spring break begins and we try to chill out a little and prepare ourselves for Easter.

Monday 3/30 - Rock climbing class, errands
D - Roast chicken & potatoes w/asparagus
Prep bread pudding for Tuesday breakfast

Tuesday 3/31 - Garden day at home, Greg's Ordination (make dinner early)
B - Bake bread pudding
L - quesadillas, leftover chard & artichoke soup
D - Red Cabbage & Chicken Asian Salad

Wednesday 4/1 - Farm Day (homeschooling field trip)
B - oatmeal
L - pack pb&j, apple slices
D - Orange chicken & stir fry rice w/green onions, carrots
Make granola

Thursday 4/2 - Living History Day at county museum
B - granola
L - pack pb&j, fruit
D - Salmon w/ carrots and chard

Friday 4/3 - STAY HOME!!!!
B - Eggs & toast
L - mac & cheese

What a lovely picture of the family!

Yummy, the menu looks delicious!

I have my own menu posted on the fridge but my husband picks which meal he wants for the day since he is picky about his 'craving' for the day LOL.

I just got a Wii a few days ago, yay I am "hip with it" now LOL.

Now it's time to beat my husband at bowling (again) teehee!

Now that is what I call a well rounded and delicious sounding menu.

And ditto on the brownies. There is nothing quite like a really good truly home-made brownie, is there?

Hi There
I wanted to let you and your readers know about a giveaway I'm hosting this weekend for a Chinese Batik Bible Story telling cloth. It would be a great tool for an unschooling/homeschooling mom. You can find it here:
Thanks so much for the lemonade award a few weeks ago. It came at a busy time for me so I did not get to take the action I wanted to in response.

mmmm, sounds like a yummy week. You asked about organization on my blog....I'm not the best organizer. We do have a lot of bookshelves where I keep everything. I try to keep the girls' work and my ideas in binders. I also carry a notebook around with me everywhere I go to jot down ideas and inspirations. I wish I could be more help, but I live in a chaotically oganized way.
